AERIAL PILATES

Monday, 7.30pm
Beginner

Done with a silky hammock hung from the ceiling and combines with pilates techniques. The focus is on activating the muscles specifically to give you more control and stability to perform any active activities.

HATHA YOGA

Wednesday, 8.30pm
Beginner

Hatha yoga focuses on one pose at a time. It is suitable for anyone who are interested in the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).

AERIAL HOOP

Wednesday, 7.15pm

The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau/cerceaux) is a circular steel apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. 

AERIAL YOGA

Wednesday, 8.30pm & Thursday, 8pm
Beginner

The yoga that is in trend and practiced by many people who live a for lifestyle. It’s performed by doing poses in a hammock made by silky cloth hung from the ceiling. This is the best way to gain flexibility.

AERIAL HAMMOCK

Intermediate

Aerial Hammock class is suitable for intermediate aerial yoga practitioners. The class combines the fundamental practice of aerial flow with gravity-defying yoga poses.      

GENTLE YOGA

Monday, 8.30pm
Beginner

Suitable for beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. Poses are more therapeutic with slow flows. A great way to unwind after a long day at work and maintaining good health at the same time.

FIT YOGA

Thursday, 7.15pm
Beginner

Fit yoga is a class that is suitable for all ages and all fitness level. It offers a combination of various aspects of yoga poses, stretches and movements to help you get fit and stay in shape.   

PRE-NATAL YOGA

Thursday, 7.00pm
2nd & 3rd Trimester

Pre-natal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

VINYASA FLOW

Friday, 8.00am
Private

Vinyasa is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses. It is fast-paced full body workout that connects the body movements with the rhythm of the breath. 

YIN YOGA

Thursday, 8.00pm (Private) & Friday, 8.00pm
Beginner

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine.
